Presso Homes is run by Presso Network Ltd (company number 11569104), the data controller for this service.

Contract checks and questions

When you check a contract or ask a question, the text is processed to give you an answer and then discarded. We don't store it and we don't use it to train anything. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, such as the time and the page, so we can fix faults.

Renter Passport

The Renter Passport isn't live yet. When it is, it will be encrypted, owned by you, shared only when you tap to enquire, and you'll be able to export or delete it at any time. We will never store passports, bank or card details, or immigration documents.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
